Alexa is the primary case management liaison to students enrolled in the Schools of Arts & Communication, Business, and Education, as well as Pathways students. She also meets with students as part of the return-to-campus protocol under the Involuntary Health and Safety Withdrawal policy.

Beth oversees the Student Wellbeing & Health Promotion portfolio. As part of this, she manages the TCNJ Cares program, providing case management services to students in need of various types of support and resources. She also serves on the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) and the Bias Education & Support Team (BEST), manages the Student Emergency Fund (Lions Lifting Lions Fund), chairs the retroactive withdrawal and tuition credit appeal processes, administers the return-to-campus protocol, and implements the Involuntary Health and Safety Withdrawal policy. Beth is the primary case management liaison to the Career and Community Studies program and students impacted by non-Title IX-related bias incidents or crimes.
