The TCNJ Cares program has established a multi-disciplinary CARE Team to receive inquiries regarding students of concern brought forth by the BIT team. Known as a full-inquiry, these requests seek information from members of the community in order to identify early indicators of escalating or concerning behaviors, and gather data from individuals close to or having direct observations or interactions with the student. When requested, this team will receive outreach from the Dean of Students Office (BIT). This team includes representatives from:
- Dean of Students Office
- Student Health Services
- Counseling & Prevention Services
- Residential Education and Housing
- Campus Police Services
- Accessibility Resource Center (ARC)
- Student Conduct & Off-Campus Resources
- The Center for Student Success (CSS)
- Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program
- Academic Affairs
- Records and Registration
Other members may be added at the discretion of the Dean of Students Office.
